THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 20, AND AN UNDIVIDED
INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS,
EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF MANCHESTER IV CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 7024, PAGE 282 ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 99, ET SEQ AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO LUDWIG E. ZAUBZER AND BARBARA BETTY
ZAUBZER, HUSBAND AND WIFE BY DEED FROM SUN CITY CENTER CORP. RECORDED 12/01/1993 IN DEED BOOK 7204 PAGE 383, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Ave., Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 09-03-19/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
