NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment dated April 23, 2019, entered in Case No.: 18-CA-008561, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Space Coast Credit Union, as Successor in Interest by Merger to Eastern Financial Florida Credit Union is Plaintiff, and Sergio G. Salas; Amazing Grace f/k/a Grace Davila; Hillsborough County Clerk of Court; Taylor Reeves; Westchester Master Community Association; Westchester of Hillsborough Homeowners Association, Inc.; are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง45.031 Fla.Stat.(1989) on the 12th day of August, 2019 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
