NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale entered on June 27, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-007128-O, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-A, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and CHARLES MOTTRAM; SHELLY MOTTRAM; AMERICAN GENERAL HOME EQUITY, INC.; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on August 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 71, OF LAUREL SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
