NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2019, entered in Case No. 482018CA007030A001OX of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for the GSAMP Trust 2006-HE6 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE6 is the Plaintiff and Mario Reyes a/k/a Mario De Los Reyes ; Jesus Maria Reyes a/k/a Maria De Los Reyes a/k/a Jesus Maria De Los Reyes a/k/a Jesus Reyes; Ryestone, LLC a/k/a Ryestone LLC; American Dream Services, Inc. a/k/a American Dream Services Inc; La Costa Villas of Orlando, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 23rd day of August, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 108, BUILDING “B”, LA COSTA VILLAS OF ORLANDO, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3241, PAGE 2284, AS FURTHER DESCRIBED AND SHOWN IN THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOK 6 PAGE 134 THROUGH 137, INCLUSIVE, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS, AS WELL AS THE COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO THE SAID DESCRIBED CONDOMINIUM UNIT HEREIN AS SET FORTH AND MORE PARTICULARLARLY DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECITED HEREIN.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
