CONDOMINIUM UNIT 16, BUILDING 2, OF WALDEN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8444, PAGE 2553, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
