Request for Qualifications for Grant Projects Engineering, Design and
Construction Inspection Services
FFY 2018 Community Development and Related Programs
The Town of Oakland requests statements of qualification from individuals or firms to provide Engineering Services, including Design and Construction Inspection Services for the 2018 Fiscal Funding Year community development programs. The Town anticipates receiving a $600,000 grant in the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Neighborhood Revitalization (NR) category to fund wastewater treatment facilities, specifically construction of new residential sewer lines. Similarly, additional services may be included in the project(s) on an ongoing basis to be covered by other public grant/loan funding sources and technical assistance programs at the discretion of the Town Commission. Additional information concerning the proposed services being requested and the ranking criteria to be used to evaluate the proposals may be obtained from Stephen Koontz, Town Manager, by Phone (407) 656-1117 or by Fax (407) 656-2940. An original and three (3) copies of sealed proposals, marked “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR GRANT ENGINEERING SERVICES”, must be received by 2:00 p.m. on September 12, 2019, at the Town Hall, 220 N Tubb Street, Oakland, FL 34760, Attn: Stephen Koontz, Town Manager.
