NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2019, and entered in Case No. 48-2018-CA-005786-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A. as Trustee for Mortgage Assets Management Series I Trust, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against the Estate of Donald W. Arthur, deceased , Discount Lock, Inc., Donna P. Thompson, Kimberly P. Arthur a/k/a Kim Patrice Arthur, Linda C. St. John, Susan E. Parillo, The Villas of Orlando, Inc., United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the September 3, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 178, THE VILLAS OF ORLANDO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS ANNEXED THERETO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3119, AT PAGE 1752, AND SUBSEQUENT MODIFICATION THERETO AND FURTHER DESCRIBED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 5, PAGES 56 THROUGH 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE LAND, COMMON ELEMENTS, AND COMMON EXPENSES APPURTENANT TO SAID UNIT.
