Telecommunication Facility
T-Mobile South LLC (T-Mobile) proposes to collocate telecommunications equipment on the building located at 12490 South Apopka Vineland Road in Orlando, Orange County, Florida. Six (6) telecommunications antennas would be spread over three (3) sectors on the rooftop of the building. Antennas would be installed at centerline heights from 74.2 feet to 75.2 feet above ground level (AGL), while the rooftop of the building is at 65.7 feet AGL. Associated telecommunications cabinets would be installed on a steel platform located within a 625 square-foot lease area also located on the rooftop of the building. In accordance with regulations implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, T-Mobile hereby solicits public comment concerning its proposal. In order for your comments to receive full and timely consideration, they should be received at the address below within 30 days of the date of this notice:
