NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in Favor of Ante Rudez and Giulia Rudez, dated July 30, 2019, and entered in Case Number: 2019-CA-006484, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ANTE RUDEZ and GIULIA RUDEZ are the Plaintiffs, and GILSON TRAVIS MORTIMER; CARE FIRST URGENT CARE WALK-IN CLINIC, LLC; and A TOUCH OF HOPE CLEANING SERVICES LLC, are the Defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale at http://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on September 17, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure in Favor of Ante Rudez and Giulia Rudez, to-wit:
Lot 14, Block G, Florida Shores, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book Q, Page(s) 142, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Less and Except the South 12 feet as conveyed to Orange County by Deed recorded October 21, 1985, in Official Records Book 3705, 39, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
