NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Amended in Rem Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 6, 2019 entered in Civil Case No.: 2018-CC-011284-O of the County Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 27th day of August, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 117, MCCORMICK WOODS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 74, PAGE 102-105 INCLUSIVE OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 3517 BUNCHBERRY WAY, OCOEE, FL 34761.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
