NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 31, 2019, entered in Case No.: 19-76 CA, of the Twentieth Circuit Court in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V, is the Plaintiff, and ROGER PHILIPS; SANDRA PHILIPS; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE CLERK OF COURT FOR THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT AND AND FOR CHARLOTTE COUNTY, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, NKA RIKER PHILIPS are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, ROGER D. EATON, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. EST on SEPTEMBER 19, 2019, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
