NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 30, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2017CA000105AX, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and THOMAS FALKNER; TAMARA L. FALKNER; THE LANDINGS AT WATERLEFE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; WATERLEFE MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on August 28, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 334, WATERLEFE GOLF & RIVER CLUB, UNIT 3, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 89, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
