NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 53-2012-CA-001748-0000-WH of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon as Successor by Merger to The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-2, Plaintiff and Aziz A. Lassi a/k/a Aziz Lassi are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on October 29, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 32, SAVANNAH ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 129, PAGES 34 AND 35, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
