NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-003102 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Specialized Loan Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Nellie L. Baine f/k/a Nellie Lucille McClellan f/k/a Nellie Crum f/k/a Nellie Burchfield a/k/a Nellie Baine, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant(s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on September 10, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 5 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, OF BLOCK 8, GREAT OAK PARK SUBDIVISION, SECTION 26, TOWNSHIP 31 SOUTH, RANGE 25 EAST, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
