NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 23, 2019, in Case No. 2017CA002947000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein LIVE WELL FINANCIAL, INC., is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RONALD H. FOSTER; MARK ALAN FOSTER, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RONALD H. FOSTER, DECEASED; MICHELLE R. FOSTER, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RONALD H. FOSTER, DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are the defendants.
