NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (CONSENT) dated July 29, 2019, entered in Civil Case No.: 512018CA002270CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC1, Plaintiff, and SCOTT HENRY A/K/A SCOTT D. HENRY; CHRISTIENE HENRY A/K/A CHRISTIENE M. HENRY A/K/A CHRISTIENE MARIE HENRY A/K/A CHRISTINE HENRY; CITIBANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A CITIBANK, N. LOT 101, THE ENCLAVE, PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 39 TO 43 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
