NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit B, Building 10, of TAHITIAN GARDENS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 326, Pages 509-627, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. With the following street address: 4322 Tahitian Gardens Circle, #B, Holiday, Florida, 34691.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco. realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on October 1, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
