NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 1, 2019, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2017-3 is the Plaintiff, and RICHARD AULTMAN; RISSIE HEIGHE; CLERK OF COURTS IN AND FOR PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION FKA MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD AULTMAN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RISSIE HEIGHE, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA DAVID THOMPSON, are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S.
