NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 3, 2019 in Civil Case No. 2019CA000346CAAXWS, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff, and MELISSA L RICO; RYAN C RICO; THE PRESERVE AT FAIRWAY OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; FAIRWAY OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D. will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pasco. realforeclose.com on September 5, 2019 at 11:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 456, PRESERVE AT FAIRWAY OAKS UNIT FOUR, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGES 23 THROUGH 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
