NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 18, 2019, and entered in 2019 CA 001133 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST is the Plaintiff and CHARLES F. CART, JR., AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF BETTY C. DENSMORE A/K/A/BETTY CART DENSMORE, DECEASED; PELICAN POINTE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; FAIRWAY OAKS, THE GREENS, AND THE RESERVE AT PELICAN POINTE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CHARLES F. CART, JR.; ANDREW CART; CYNTHIA FREGA; PAMELA TIGHE; KIMBERLY MAAS; CHRISTY HERON; LISA CAMPO; NEIL DENSMORE; MARY FRANCES DENSMORE; DENISE BRAHAM; MARY BARCUS are the Defendant(s).
