NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 24, 2019 entered in Case No. 18-CA-005328 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley Ixis Real Estate Capital Trust 2006-2 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006-2 is the Plaintiff and Laureen Preston a/k/a Laureen Denise Preston a/k/a Laurreen Preston; Donnell Peatrick McGriff; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the November 21, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 9 & 10, BLOCK D, BELLE VUE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
