COOPER is the Plaintiff and REASON BOYETT; ROBERTA GEER A/K/A ROBERTA A. GEER; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 are the Defendant(s). BEGINNING AT A POINT 350 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, THENCE NORTH 150 FEET, THENCE EAST 165 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 150 FEET, THENCE WEST 165 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; EXCEPTING THEREFROM, HOWEVER, THE. SOUTHERLY 25 FEET THEREOF. SUBJECT HOWEVER, TO THE RIGHT OF THE PARTY HERETO, OF ADJACENT LANDOWNERS AND OF THE PUBLIC GENERALLY TO USE FOREVER A STRIP OF LAND 25 FEET WIDE ALONG THE EASTERLY SIDE OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PROPERTY FOR ROAD AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES, WHICH STIRP OF LAND IS HEREBY DEDICATED BY THE PARTY HERETO THE PUBLIC FOR PUBLIC USE FOREVER.
