NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 25, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-012269, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-65CB, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-65CB, is Plaintiff and TOWNHOMES OF KINGS LAKE HOA, INC.; OLGA B. VALLEJO; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Circuit Court for HILLSBOROUGH, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29TH day of AUGUST, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 12, OF KINGS LAKE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
