Final Judgment was awarded on July 24, 2019 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-004220, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff, and WILLIAM R. PREZIOSO, JR.; TABITHA SHEARS N/K/A TABATHA PREZIOSO; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on August 27, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 15.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 278.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 949.00 FEET OF THE EAST 525.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 18EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS THE SOUTH 25.00 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY (SUNSET LANE), FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING INGRESS TO AND EGRESS FROM THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PARCEL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
