NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 16, 2019 and entered in Case No. 19-CA-002926, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and RICHARD RINCON; BEATRIZ KUHNERT; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; ALLEGRO PALM CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on September 16, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5607-104, OF ALLEGRO PALM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16173, PAGE 1823, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
