NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment dated July 16, 2019, entered in Case No.: 18-CA-010122, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Space Coast Credit Union, as Servicer for Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago is Plaintiff, and The Yet to be Judicially Identified Heirs and Devisees of the Estate of Awilda Romano, Evelyn Martinez and the Unknown Spouse of Evelyn Martinez; are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง45.031 Fla.Stat.(1989) on the 21th day of August, 2019 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
