NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on July 9, 2019 in Civil Case No. 10-CA-005114, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and JOHN LE ROY; MARLENE LE ROY; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TOWNE ESTATES AT SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on August 29, 2019 at 10:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 2 OF SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, TRACT 10, PHASES 3 AND 4, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
