NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 16th day of May 2019, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-007707, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF10 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is the Plaintiff and RAFAEL MARDONES, ESTER MARDONES, GRAND HAMPTON HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS 1, UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS 2, AND UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS 3, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 12th day of September 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
