NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment in Favor of Plaintiff, The Estates of Lakeview Village Homeowners' Association, Inc. entered in this action on the 17th day of July, 2019, Pat Frank., Clerk of Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on September 6, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 40, Block 1, Lakeview Village Section M, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 92, Page 69, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 2004 Fruitridge Street, Brandon, FL 33510 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
