NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment dated May 8, 2019, entered in Case No.: 18-CA-008215, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Space Coast Credit Union is Plaintiff, and James A. Regester, Tarzis Yamilla Morales, and Creek View Homeowners Association are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with ยง45.031 Fla.Stat.(1989) on the 29th day of August, 2019 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment to wit:
