NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-008335-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. VRMTG ASSET TRUST (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and SHERMA S. BONEY A/K/A SHERMA BONEY; CAROL WEBBE; THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATE HOLDERS OF THE CWHEQ INC., CWHEQ REVOLVING HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2007-E; PARTRIDGE TERRACE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 11TH day of SEPTEMBER, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, LESS THE NORTH 38.50 FEET THEREOF, PARTRIDGE TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 104, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
