NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 41-2017-CA-004419 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, is the Plaintiff and Maribel Palacios, Nelson Q. Palacios Torres a/k/a Nelson Q. Palacios, Carpentras at the Village of Avignon Homeowners Association Inc. f/k/a Oak View Homeowners Association, Inc., Old Republic Insurance Company, Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Alex Rico, Unknown Party #2 n/k/a Evette Rico, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the September 6, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 87, OAK VIEW, PHASE III, AS PER PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 21 THROUGH 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
