HOWARTH A/K/A LEE TYLER HOWARTH, deceased, File Number 2019-CP-1934, by the Circuit Court for Manatee County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205; that the decedent's date of death was March 8, 2019; that the total value of the estate is $40,107.88 and that the names and addresses of those to whom it has been assigned by such order are:
