NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 8th day of August, 2019, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonesso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 10th day of September, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Unit 114, Building “C” DESOTO SQUARE VILLAS, Phase III, a Condominium, Woodpark Buildings “A”, “B” AND “C”, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 914, Pages 1624 through 1683, inclusive, and Amendments thereto and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 8, Page 124, and as amended in Condominium Book 12, Page 77, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
