NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 08, 2019, and entered in 2019CA000486AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWMBS., CHL MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH TRUST 2005-HYB5, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-HYB5 is the Plaintiff and PALM AIRE AT SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION “C”, INC.; GYONGYI M. BARLAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GYONGYI M. BARLAN; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK are the Defendant(s).
