Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment entered on JUNE 14, 2019 in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Polk County, Florida, STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situated in Polk County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 176, of IMPERIAL SOUTHGATE VILLAS CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS SECTION THREE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 30, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 1435, Page 422, and amended in Official Records Book 1478, Page 790, in Official Records Book 1578, Page 195 and in Official Records Book 1955, Page 633, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida, together with its undivided interest or share in the common elements, and any amendments thereto .
