NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 5, 2019 in Case No. 2019CC001118000000 in the County Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein AUTUMNWOOD GROVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and DELYON HARRIS, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on September 19, 2019. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose. com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 261, AUTUMNWOOD GROVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEROF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 141, PAGES 28-31, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A: 4120 WINDING VINE DRIVE, LAKELAND, FL 33812.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM BEFORE THE CLERK REPORTS THE SURPLUS AS UNCLAIMED.
