NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 19, 2019, entered in Case No. 2018CA-002051-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2003-W3 is the Plaintiff and David A. Wagner a/k/a David A. Wag; Bridgette M. Wagner; Trinity Financial Services LLC; City of Winter Haven, Florida are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21 OF ALDORA PARK, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
