NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2019, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-002742 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Daniel A. Hamilton, Sarah L. Hamilton, Leawood Lakes Homeowers' Association, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for GMAC Mortgage Corporation DBA ditech.com, its successors and/or assigns,, are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
