NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9 day of May, 2019, and entered in Case No. 2018-CA-003773 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE (CWMBS 2004-25) is the Plaintiff and NICOLAS MERCADO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NICOLAS MERCADO N/K/A ADRIANA MERCADO and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MAT REPPA, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 9 day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK 64, NAPLES PARK, UNIT 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
