NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 8, 2019, and entered in Case No. 18-CA-001721 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-10N, is the Plaintiff and Mary Ellen W. Wade a/k/a Mary Ellen Wade a/k/a M.E. Wade; Thomas B. Wade a/k/a Thomas Wade; Longshore Lake Foundation, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Meritage Mortgage Corporation; United States of America, Department of Treasury are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 9 day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 14, BLOCK J, LONGSHORE LAKE UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 19 THROUGH 21, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
