NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2019 and entered in 11-2019-CA-001368-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE F/B/O HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and ELIZABETH A. PATTERSON A/K/A ELIZABETH PATTERSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARYLOU E. JONES; BEAU CHENE II OF NAPLES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby of the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 9, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
