NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 12, 2019 in Civil Case No. 11-2018-CA-003928-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff, and AMBER DAWN MCCUNE; WALTER P. LANDRUM; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A HARVEY DEAN MCCUNE; COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Third Floor, Lobby, Collier County Courthouse Annex 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on September 9, 2019 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
