NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12, 2019, and entered in 11-2019-CA-001629-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT INDIVIDUALLY BUT AS TRUSTEE FOR PRETIUM MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST is the Plaintiff and JUNE DEFAS; ANTHONY GUTIERREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUNE DEFAS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY GUTIERREZ are the Defendant(s). Crystal K. Kinzel as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on September 9, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 82.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 412.5 FEET OF THE EAST HALF OF TRACT 38, IN SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 49 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 34 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. SUBJECT, HOWEVER TO AN ACCESS EASEMENT OVER, ALONG AND ACROSS THE WEST 30 FEET THEREOF.
