NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2019, and entered in Case No. 51-2017-CA-002225-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2005-54CB, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-54CB, is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Debbera A. Deal, deceased; Dennis John Diehn a/k/a Dennis J. Diehn; The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Debbera Diehn Living Trust u/t/d December 30, 2007; Dennis John Diehn a/k/a Dennis J. Diehn, as Successor Trustee of the Debbera Diehn Living Trust u/t/d December 30, 2007; Dennis John Diehn a/k/a Dennis J.
