NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2019, entered in Case No. 2017CA000439CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF10 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees And All Others Who May Claim An Interest In The Estate of Cheryl A. Farina A/K/A Cheryl Farina; Kevin Farina; Kevin Farina, As Personal Representative of the Estate of Cheryl A. Farina A/K/A Cheryl Farina; Patricia O'Neill; Unknown Tenant in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of September, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 140 FEET OF THE NORTH 434 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE SOUTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
TOGETHER WITH THE MOBILE HOME SITUATED THEREON WHICH IS AFFIXED TO THE AFOREMENTION REAL PROPERTY AND INCORPORATED THEREIN.
TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1983 CONTAINER CENTRAL DOUBLEWIDE MOBILE HOME IDENTIFIED BY VIN NUMBER(S) 3338753345A AND 3338753345B
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
