NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 31, 2019 entered in Civil Case No. 2018CA003251CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V, is Plaintiff and MEREDITH GORR; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, ESQ. will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco. realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on September 10, 2019 on the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 30 feet of Lot 11 and the West 30 feet of Lot 12, in Block 147, of City of New Port Richey, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4 at Page 49 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
