YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title and to determine beneficiaries concerning real property located in Sarasota County, Florida, which has a physical address of 5220 Rancho Avenue, Sarasota, Florida 34234, and is described as follows:
Lot 755, Tri-Par Estates, 8th Unit, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 34 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. LESS the Southerly 4.00 feet thereof.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiffs' Attorney, David L. Boyette, Esquire, whose address is Adams and Reese LLP, 1515 Ringling Boulevard, Suite 700, Sarasota, Florida 34236 on or before 9-16-19, 2019 or within thirty (30) days after first publication of the notice and file the original with the Clerk of the above-styled Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Verified Complaint to Quiet Title and to Determine Beneficiaries.
