NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2019, and entered in Case No. 58-2018-CA-003523-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and WC Acquisition Company, Inc., Bank of America, N.A., Barbara Malloy McDermott a/k/a Barbara M. McDermott a/k/a Barbara McDermott, Charles A. Roy Roofing, Inc., Sandy Cove 2 Association, Inc., are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the September 23, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 109, SANDY COVE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 981, PAGES 727 THROUGH 824, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 20, 20A THROUGH 20F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
