LENGYEL; BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC.; BENEVA RIDGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO COLONIAL BANK are the Defendant(s).
